The Vulcan 2900

Increase Productivity with the Vulcan 2900 Double Table For higher productivity applications, look no further than the Vulcan 2900 Double Table. Offering all the same features, build, quality and cutting power as the Vulcan 2900, the Vulcan 2900 Double Table provides the capability to work concurrently on two tables. While completed pieces are being removed from one table, cutting can continue on the other table for higher productivity and faster job completion.

The Slear 2

For heavier duty blanking of coil stock, this system blanks up to 12 (2,65 mm) gauge, 72" (1 828 mm) wide and 1 00 ft/min (30,5 m/min). Electronic controls for pre-set blank sizes and batch counts. The adjustable slitter section is chain driven. Accessories include edge trim reminders and a variety of stacking systems.

The Slear 1

This system provides all the features of the EconoSlear plus an expanded straightening section. Choose from a 6-speed transmission or DC drive with output speeds up to 150 ft/min (45,7 m/min).

The Autobrake 2000

You need the Automax to produce your longer profiles. Machines are available up to 40' long with a capacity up to ten gauge mild steel. Your Automax can be two machines in one with the addition of a hydraulic slitter. The CNC controlled backgauge accurately positions the material for slitting as well as bending.

The versatile design of our standard equipment means that new designs and technologies can be implemented quickly, and in the most cost effective way possible. Most difficult to reach fastening points, can be accommodated by a simple arm or tooling modification, other more complex issues may need a totally custom machine.
